I’ve been a passionate baker for as long as I can remember, something I inherited from both my mum and grandma.

My family’s love affair with the Liège waffle began when we moved to Belgium five years ago. Saturday mornings weren’t complete without a trip to the local market to get our fresh waffles, coated in wonderful, sticky, caramelized pearl sugar. 

 

Unable to get them here when we got home, I decided to recreate them myself. Fast forward a couple of years and here we are. With three flavours to choose from: cinnamon, chocolate chip and plain, our delicious homemade sauces are a perfect accompaniment.

I am so excited to share this little slice of Belgium with you.

my passion

For the past eleven years, I’ve been fully focused on my young family. But finding myself now with a little more time on my hands, I’m so excited to have the opportunity to bake more and spread the waffle love beyond 48 Park Road!

I love baking food that tastes irresistible. With our waffles the essence is the freshness of the dough, made with the very best, all natural ingredients and proved overnight / 12 hours.

We’ve carefully selected our packaging to be as sustainable as possible. Our boxes can be easily recycled with all your household paper and card. Our sauce pots are made from renewable & Compostable Sugarcane. These products are made from a reclaimed resource that would otherwise have been burned.
